The Role of Transformational Leadership , Trust, Psychological Well-Being, and Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment (Study on Hotel Employees in Serang City )

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji kembali hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi dan apakah kepercayaan, kesejahteraan psikologis, dan budaya organisasi memediasi hubungan dalam konteks industri perhotelan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan purposiv sampling dan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian dari 156 profesional yang bekerja di hotel di Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan d Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepercayaan, kesejahteraan psikologis, dan budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini juga menegaskan bahwa kepercayaan, kesejahteraan psikologis, dan budaya organisasi dapat memediasi hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasi.
