Peran Supervisi Akademik dan Budaya Sekolah Terhadap Kualitas Pengajaran Guru SMK di Klaten
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik, pengaruh budaya sekolahterhadap kualitas guru SMK di Klaten. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data Model Persamaan Structural Equation Modelling menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode snowball sampling. Kuesioner online dikirimkan kepada responden sebanyak 120 Guru SMK di Klaten , kuesioner yang kembali 110 dan tidak kembali berjumlah10 kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS diperoleh bahwa Supervisi Akademik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas pengajaran, peningkatan variabel Supervisi Akademik akan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan variabel Kualitas Pengajaran dan penurunan variabel Supervisi Akademik akan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap penurunan variabel Kualitas Pengajara . Budaya Sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas pengajaran , peningkatan variabel Budaya Sekolah akan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan variabel Kualitas Pengajaran dan penurunan variabel Supervisi Akademik akan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap penurunan variabel Budaya Sekolah .
